A lawsuit by California accuses automakers of harming human health and the environment by producing vehicles that contribute to global warming. The six largest automakers asked a federal judge to toss out the lawsuit. "It's the classic kind of case that the Supreme Court has said doesn't belong in federal court," said Theodore Boutrous, who represents DamilerChrysler's (NYSE:DCX) Chrysler Motors Corp., General Motors Corp (NYSE:GM), Ford Motor Co. Denmark's State-owned oil and natural gas group DONG Energy bought all rights to the construction of the Gunfleet Sands offshore wind farm in the UK to be completed by 2009 from General Electric Co. (NYSE:GE). Financial terms weren't disclosed.
