With Google Inc.(NASDAQ:GOOG) wanting to beef up offerings and customers in fast-growing Internet use countries like India and China, the Internet search leader is looking to expand in India to ensure customers there know who Google is, what it does and how Google can work for them. That's not a hard reach these days, since www.google.com is universally reachable in most respects, but this is a sign that Google is looking to promote and possibly purchase companies in India involved in disruptive advertising technology used across certain mediums. In not-so-rare form, Google is looking to talk with startups who offer uniquely innovative business models to see if there are fits between Google's chaotic "whatever sticks" corporate culture methodology and what may be equally innovative and chaotic in the near future. Areas like voice advertising and text message-based advertising are areas where Google is looking to expand in India, since it has a fascination with the mobile space, which it has said will surpass standard PC use someday for the preferred way to access the Internet.
With Google's cadre of cash, it does not need to be that careful about company acquisitions it considers, although most likely it will be -- down to every fine detail. Google doesn't want "me too" or "also ran" company philosophies and strategies, which is obvious to most who watch the company. Google is probably mostly interested in companies that have technologies and vision that are years ahead of their time -- and Google can possible accelerate the timetable to take advantage of its global scale.

I am happy that atlast google has started to promote his condition in India seriously. However, Yahoo, Microsoft, IBM, HP and Dell understood the importance of India and high potential of its economy earlier than Google.
