Investors are optimistic this morning that the Consumer Price Index, due out at 8:30 a.m.,  will show moderate inflation (read our preview).

Futures are trading higher, bouncing back from yet another down day yesterday. Oil continues to fall, now below $69 on the NYMEX.

Here's a look at some key Blogging Stocks:

Google (GOOG) is up $2.28 cents in pre-market trading to $389 as of 7:29 a.m. Cnet's Web 2.0 blog covers improvements to Picasa.

Microsoft (MSFT) was up 12 cents to $21.63 in as of 7:23 a.m. July should begin outsourcing joint venture with Indian firm. Warns of eight "critical" security flaws. Ouch!

Yahoo! (YHOO) was up 2 cents to $29.67 in after hours trading as of 8 p.m. last night. Yahoo's email worm Yaminer could be first of many to hit Ajax applications.

eBay (EBAY) was up 21 cents to $30.72 at 7:40 p.m. in after hours trading last night. Next Monday eBay sellers can add Skype links to communicate with buyers.
